I would give 2 stars if were only me, but I took my 80 yr old mom here for a birthday treat. Her tech Anthony did a very nice job on her mani and pedi, and was very polite. My pedi tech was the manager, and he did a good job, but my dip mani tech was not very good. He kept nicking my skin around my nail with dremmel. I pulled away my finger at one point because it hurt, and he blamed me for it. WTH? He didn’t do a square nail with softened edges which I asked for, and my nails are a bit thick and had lots of stuff that needed to be picked off after leaving. Well after reading awful reviews I didn't expect much for a walk-in but the nail tech was super nice and offered us something to drink and the pedicure was heavenly. They were super nice and even when they were busy. The came back after 30 min and they were very appreciative. They work very hard at what they do and the TV's weren't overbearing.
