Took my dog here and I was told when I got to the appointment the guy would see what grooming my siberian husky needed. When I got there he was like oh I'm not grooming. So she gets her bath when I picked her up I noticed her eyes were red probably from getting shampoo in them. Whatever shampoo they used made her coat dry and itchy. The name should be changed to temple of bad service.

This people mutilated both of my dogs hair. I asked for teddy bear cut and they pretty much shaved the entire fur. They did not look like Yorkies anymore. My dogs were not matted since I brush them daily they have a silky coat. They are just not trained well enough or their volume of cuts versus groomers is to high and they are doing a poor job by rushing. My cuts were not free and I expected what I paid for. In addition, Charged me unauthorized services. Did not want to refund me. Then they were rude about the whole situation. Horrible. Do not take your dogs to this place. Not honest. They will most likely defend themselves but there’s no valid excuse as excuses satisfy only who provides them. Providing a refund will not make me richer but your business will not last for much longer under this kind of behavior.

We took our mini golden doodle puppy here for grooming yesterday. When my daughter opened the door upon returning home, she looked equal parts scared and very upset. Our dog was slightly matted (neck area only) due to her harness, but otherwise just needed to be trimmed. Instead, they completely shaved her and gave her a lion's tail. She was traumatized and definitely not her playful self. The groomers said she was completely matted and that's why they shaved her. This is nonsense. Don't groom a dog if you don't know how. We will not be back!

Horrible clip job, neighbor's dogs came home with fleas. Used to be great. Blamed bad cut on broken clippers, like a carpenter going to work with broken hammer. Had used Mel for 10 years, no more.
