John and Amy are true professionals, and it is quite evident that they take pride in being thorough, taking about 3 hours for a small home. Then, answering any questions we had, (and we had many) as we attended the inspection. We got our report same day, and it even had video componet along with drone and thermal footage. I can refer them, whole heartedly!! They will not disappoint!

Fantastic professionals. We've had many home inspections over the course of our lives, but none so meticulous and informative as yesterday's with OBHI. From the minute we discussed their services, to the receipt of their extremely detailed inspection report following their hours at our new house, Amy and John were friendly and knowledgable.
