Amy and John Grimaldi came over to do our 4 point home inspection. They were on time, thorough and professional. Amy guided me through the process while still being my advocate as a home owner. I greatly appreciated that care and personal touch not to mention here pricing beat everyone else's quotes. Stellar experience, thank you Amy!
I evaluated several home inspectors around Orlando before deciding to use Orange Blossom. My experience was amazing! Amy and John were able to come on short notice for a tight inspection window. They were very knowledgeable and took the time to share their expertise with me, a first-time homebuyer. I highly recommend attending the inspection and speaking with Amy and John if you have the opportunity. The inspection was thorough, and the report detailed current issues with the home, recommendations for the future, and even descriptions of home components and how they work. 5 ⭐, highly recommended.
