I've been going to Katie for years, she is amazing! I usually just show her a picture of whatever color I want and she matches it perfectly every single time. She has worked with me to build a routine that I can easily keep up with in between appointments as well. Her services have stayed consistently amazing over the years as well, she never rushes and always takes the time to answer any questions I have. She does my husband's hair as well and he is always happy with the results. She is the only hair stylist our daughter has ever been to and she is always so excited to see Katie (who is amazing with her too BTW, so patient and sweet). I 1000% recommend Katie to everyone!
