They told me they were not able to mow my grass because my gate was locked. Although it has a lock on it, it was not attached to anything to prevent them from opening the gate. If they would have gotten out of their car and looked, they would have been able to see that. It has been over 2.5 weeks since the day they were supposed to mow it. I reached out to them last week to ask for a status update, and although they responded immediately that they would be looking into it, they did not get back to me in 5 business days. When moving out of a rental house I needed lawn care as the lawn had not been done in 5 months.I was having trouble finding someone to do yard work in the time frame that I needed. Faithworks came to the rescue. They came the next day and mowed the lawn, trimmed the hedges and palms, edged, cleaned up and left the property in better shape than it was when first got there. The landlord was impressed at the job they did and so was I.Since moving to my permanent home I have decided to make them my lawn care company. I highly recommend them.
