My son came in for excema. We were sent home with medicine. This is the second call I have received for his next appointment. I was told today. The day of that he wouldn't be able to be seen unless we paid the balance the insurance company didn't pay.First of all. Your staff had plenty of opportunities to inform me before his appointment. But you didn't you harassed me the day of. I am giving you a one star for your inability to give me time or inform me before "the day of"
Horrible. Nasty old office only open to a PA on Thursdays. No one called me to schedule surgery. I had to. Friday eve I got a call that I’d need to see their plastic surgeon (for a cyst on my scalp?) then I refused and she called back and asked if I could do Monday at 1:30. Well my email said 1:00. I drive to work 50 miles round trip and got only a few hours in so I could be there. Waited not one hour, not two, but three hours to get in. Unbelievable how they schedule to make $$$ with no regard for anyone!!!
Annette Murphy is amazing, she really cares about my concerns. The entire office staff as well as both doctors I have seen are amazing as well. I unfortunately needed several surgeries and they were all done right there in the office with no pain. Just a fantastic staff of caring folks!
