Highly professional permanent staff. PT is designed specifically for each patient using gentle yet effective pressure . When this is combined with acupuncture and exercises , it makes for a winning combination.
I’ve been fighting back pain for well over 6 years. Dr Wong is a master at his profession. He cares about people and he does something that I love. He is very talented and he makes it a priority to make sure he trains every single employee who works for any of his locations. His staff is amazing and always in a positive mood. They all work together to make sure everyone gets the proper care they need. After 6 years and spending thousands of dollars on back doctor’s. I have officially left my back doctor’s and put my trust into Arc physical therapy. I’ve been getting better and better after each appointment. I was very pleased with the hands on physical therapy I received at ARC, Becky relieved constant discomfort in both my knees. I also found the young gentlemen in the “gym” helpful with stretching exercises to continue my maintenance. The only glitch was with appointment scheduling. As they are moving to a more automated system, perhaps this deficiency will be addressed.
