“We are SO HAPPY we chose Alpha Foundations to level and stabilize our doublewide mobile home. The contract and initial installation went so smooth. The communication from the company from the beginning was exceptional. The installation went smooth and quick, completed in one day. This review is for a follow up service they provided in the contract. Yearly inspections at no additional cost were performed about a year in and again, fast professional service appears to be the normal operating procedure for this company. Some pad settlement was detected and adjustments were made. We were notified that even though the adjustments brought everything into specification THEY were not satisfied with several of the intellajack adjusters. They said they were not happy with the adjustments on several being at the absolute end of their adjustment. This company sent out a production crew headed by Jonny to replace several of the jack tubes with longer sections so future adjustments if necessary would be possible. AGAIN, GREAT PROACTIVE SERVICE by a Company that TRULY cares about their customers. THANK YOU Jonny and Jake for your Prompt, Courteous and Professional service at NO ADDITIONAL COST!!!“
