“I still recommend the product but did have a few issues. I purchased one of the panelized units to install myself in my garage. I needed the door to be moved in order to fit in the available space which they confirmed was possible and sent me drawings confirming that they would send me a modified kit.When I installed the unit I found 4 issues:1. Most importantly they had sent me a standard kit instead of the modified kit they had shown me in drawings, several emails and a call later they did agree to send me replacement panels.2. The roof installs with captured nuts that clip onto the roof panel however I had to grind burrs/slag off of the holes in the roof panel to get the nuts to clip on. Not that big of a deal but seems like it should have been cleaned up in the factory.3. I think the latch mechanism on mine is assembled wrong. There's about 90 degrees of play in the handle before the locks move at all. Does not affect operation and may even be normal just seems strange.4. The quote/receipt mentions that it has a carpet floor, I did not receive any carpet. Again not a big deal but strange to have it listed and not sent.Still glad I purchased this unit but it could be a little better and customer service could use some work.“
