I did keratin with them less than a week ago. My hair is back to normal. They said "keratin for your hair is over $250" and they charged me half of that but by the 2nd wash my hair is back to normal. I bought a $48 shampoo and conditioner on amazon (salt free, sulfate free free) so it's not the shampoo. I waited the 72 hours before washing it.

Came to cut my hair short and the ladies there were are you sure you want to cut it so short and I said yes and she did an amazing job. Love the new dew it's easy to maintain and the staff is super nice.
