Shanice is amazing, she has great customer service, and I never leave with irritated eyes. I absolutely love her work, I receive nonstop compliments from friends and strangers. My friends have even started going to her.

Booked an appointment for a Sunday morning at 8:30. I reached out to the tech via Instagram and she never replied then a few minutes before my scheduled appointment she proceeds to send me an email stating that she needed more. No apologies or no mention of how much time. I replied telling her how unprofessional I thought this was and added that I wouldn’t wait longer than 20 minutes. 20 minutes passed and she never followed up with a message, again no mention of apologies or even how much time she needed.
