I've never been to a hair salon before and this has been an amazing and welcoming experience. Soleyca was super gentle and skilled with my hair. Didn't experience any tightness or discomfort with my retie. Would 100% recommend coming here

I'm absolutely hate my hair. I want to cry. My stylist was unproblematic. However, she doesn't know how to do a curly sew in. I asked for a verstaile middle part curly sewing. I didn't get verstaile. I can't put my hair in a bun without my tracks being exposed. When it came to her blending my leave out she immediately tried to put heat on my CURLY leave out she didn't have the proper tools are items to blend my natural hair I looked like frank stein leaving there. I spent 30 minutes in the parking lot crying to my mom
Sn to owner: your stylist wasn't able to blend in salon she told me to blend at home. I've never had a sew in and attempted for 1 hour to blend AT HOME, which is an hour drive for me. By the time I realized I didn't understand how to blend my hair, I had to go to work. After the unhappy result of my hair I wasn't going to drive 1 hour back to salon the next day

Got a sew-in yesterday and she was very nice but 1. Left a bald spot with no weave at the top of my head 2. When curling my hair BURNT it by leaving it for so long with no heat protectant 3. At the end of the appointment didn't give me the rest of my bundles back 4. Didn't have any shade range to blend my lace so I ended up with an ORANGE LACE (I'm dark skin) 5. My bundles were $200 and now got nothing

It was my first time at a hair salon, first time trying starter locs, and Soleyca, who did them was very nice and fast paced. I had a great experience. I would definitely recommend Soleyca to a friend or family even a stranger!

I recently visited Missy Hair Salon for waist-length classic passion twists, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Despite confirming the appointment in advance and a full consult of what I wanted, in addition to a promise I would get that in the second photo, I encountered several issues, including lack of professionalism, poor time management, and as a solution an unexpected cost.
The quality of service did not reflect the price I paid, and when I addressed my concerns and provided a solution many times, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. I value clear communication and professionalism, especially when trusting a stylist with my time and money.
I’m sharing this review to inform others and encourage the salon to improve its client experience moving forward.
My hair is what I got on the left I asked for dark brown waist length passion twists and my inspiration is on the right.

Berline is awesome. She pays close attention to detail to make sure you leave the salon looking steller. My only issue is the language barrier. There was miscommunication regarding the price, and I needed to pay more than I thought.

This was done by the one and only Shevy. Her communication skills are top tier, I’m treated as I should be every time I come into the Salon. She is very gentle and sweet. This is my fourth time coming to this Salon and I love how my style comes out every time. I stay 45 mins away from the Shop and I don’t care because she does a phenomenal job every time. Thank you so much Shevy.
