. I have been calling them since early last week and they keep giving me the runaround . Today, they gave me a tracking number from USPS, but USPS still has not picked up the package since I have to add that management was very supportive. I am saying that this review may look bad, but management was able to resolve the issue we had. Sometimes, customer service people don’t have all the information that their managers have. I found a great manager who took care of the situation quickly. Her name is Sarah . Thank you, Sarah, for all your help and for following up.
