Excellent. From the moment we walked in the door to finish. The office is impeccably clean and professional. The front desk staff is very courteous and helpful. Very good vibe. Dr. Franco was extremely sweet. What I appreciated most was the honesty of my next steps. Very helpful.
I had a great experience with Dr. Franco and genuinely can’t recommend her enough. I saw her on two separate occasions for different injuries—first for calcaneus apophysitis, and later for a broken pinkie—and both times I felt I was in very capable and attentive hands. She took the time to properly diagnose each issue, explain everything clearly, and guide me through the recovery process step by step.
When I broke my pinkie, she even made time to see me on short notice after the injury and carefully showed me how to wrap it properly before I left for a trip. That level of care and attention really stood out.

Dr. Franco and her friendly staff make this medical practice a power house. If you need quality care, that is individualized and seeks good results, Dr. Franco will definitely reach your expectations. My mother treated her nails with Keraflex, which is a preventative treatment that patients can receive to carefully maintain toe nails healthy and most importantly sandal worthy while Dr. Franco simultaneously treated the root issue.
