I went to Destin Hot Yoga three times during vacation & enjoyed every class! I attended Heated Vin with Angel (great energy in a PACKED class), Hot Yin/Yang Flow with Heather (yummy slow flow perfect for a recovery day), Hot Power Hour with Justin (steady powerful class with great music to distract you from how much your legs are shaking lol). Drop-ins are $27 but an unlimited weekly visitor pass is $95 & includes mat/towel rental.
Great local studio to tap into if you’re traveling & want to maintain your practice!
Tina is fantastic! She leads every class with grace and provides as much mentally as physically. The studio's community is the best! I feel like I'm part of a family full of positivity and love.
