“Jacinda was absolutely AMAZING!!!I had a traumatic experience with sugar waxing 7 months ago that sent me to the Urgent Care and took me 3-4 months to heal due to the carelessness of a previous aesthetician, and I never wanted to do this again. But after 7 months, I convinced myself to try it again since shaving is so time-consuming and does not give the same results.After a 2 month search, I found Jacinda on Google Maps, and she was the only person who consistently had 5 star, authentic, and genuine reviews; so I booked the appointment. Despite me being 5 minutes late, and despite her being fully booked, she accommodated my need (last minute) to fit me in.She took her time with me, she heard my story and was truly empathic to my anxiety. She made me feel comfortable, spoke to me the whole time, and had me completely engaged with her to take my mind off of the pain all while walking me through the process every step of the way. She is soooo professional.Her office is the CUTEST thing ever (PINK). It was thoroughly just spotless, organized, sanitized, and inviting. Nice music playing and just an overall zen feel to it- with pink starburst at check-out! The process with the waxing, thecleaning me afterward, the hot towel, the light aroma of what I believe was an essential oil. From beginning to end, her service was immaculate.I am so happy I have her now to take care of this for me with minimal pain and such care. PLEASE go to her. I promise you will not regret it! “Got little time before traveling away, tried to call Polished Spa to make an appointment. Even their number on Yelp wasn't up to date. Owner Lily called back and gave me an open spot at the same day. Their place was cozy and offering free refreshments, it's a plus for a nail salon. They were pretty busy and I waited for a while. A girl named Laura at last did my pedicure, I just picked a regular, never like gel. She's a quiet girl but very gentle and articulated. Did everything that I asked for. Glad Polished Spa hires this sweet girl. Laura definitely adds a lot of value to this place. Will come back for sure!“

“My hairstylist, Gina, corrected a bad cut I had been given elsewhere. I thought she did a great job, given what my hair looked like to start with. She was courteous and helpful, giving suggestions where needed. The studio itself was modern, clean, and "uptown" looking. It was vibrant, yet calm feeling. I would definitely recommend this salon.“
