I went to the salon today for the first time. Nancy was my amazing technician. I had the Fire Walker pedicure. It was a fantastic relaxing experience! Nancy was friendly, engaging, with a passion for what she does! The salon is clean and the staff is very nice! I have found my nail salon/spa. I can't wait to go back!

Herbal Nail & Spa is honestly the best nail salon you will find. I have been going there since they opened and I feel welcomed every single time I enter. Vivian always takes care of me and she has blessed hands. She is friendly and attentive. Nothing is ever rushed and the entire staff is the same way. 5 star customer service. 5 star nail service. I waited 5 days to post my review as I wanted to see how my nails held up. Zero lifting, zero yellowing. I emailed the salon asking if they could do pink & white ombre after the last salon I went to did a horrible job. Nancy made it a point to learn and remember my name. She took great care to make sure my nails were perfect and that I liked them. The salon went above and beyond not just for me but for the other customers in the salon. You don't find that very often. Being new to the area and trying to find a new nail salon is hard. Nancy took care of me and this will be my new nail salon.
