I go to yin routinely with Darcie at Your Pace Yoga, in addition to the Nidra events she holds regularly. I cannot speak highly enough about the quality of both the class and nidra. Darcie is a gentle, loving soul who focuses on ensuring students are comfortable and feel welcome - a critical component for me as a student. I’ve gone to yoga pretty regularly for a few years now and I can confidently say: classes with Darcie at Your Pace always hit the mark. I am relatively new to Yoga. All of the instructors and other members of the classes have been so patient and helpful. The instructors are all so knowledgeable, and have the hearts of teachers. I leave every class thinking about when I can make it back to another class.
Great studio with awesome variety of classes! Class prices are super affordable and they offer military, teacher, and senior discounts. Perfect place to deepen your practice or try yoga for the first time!
