Jennifer is absolutely amazing! She is so talented, patient, and truly listens to what you want. I went in wanting to make a big change to my hair, and Jennifer took the time to explain everything and make sure my hair stayed healthy throughout the process. I recently used Southern Roots Hair Boutique for the first time last week, and was blessed to have booked with Christy Dunn! Not only did she work me in early to accommodate my mom life school pickup schedule, but she took the time to hear what I had to say about my hair color wish list and validated what I hoped to obtain. Christy mixed up the perfect blend of color to help cover my wisdom streaks 😉 but to also give me the red tones I desperately wanted to get back to. I took a chance by booking my very first cut and color appointment at Southern Roots the day before leaving for vacation, but I don't regret it! Christy did a fantastic job matching my color and giving me a cute cut. She was fun to talk with, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and upbeat. I found my new salon!
