First, the staff is great! Every single person I've work with is knowledgeable and personable! The Veterinarians have been on point with any issue my two G. One of the worst feelings in the world is when your furbaby is sick or hurt and you can't fix it for them. Ladybug, our Springer Spaniel was not running, not getting up on the bed and not playing with her brother - if you know Springers you know -- quiet is never how you'd describe them. From the staff who took my call to those who provided care - everyone was thoughtful, compassionate and generous with a 'worried parent'. They were super understanding about my dog’s reactivity. They were patient and kind. I got my Nexguard plus free for being a new patient and they gave me a bag of the dog food they had as treats just because my dog liked it so much. They answered all my questions and concerns. I’m very happy making the switch to Santa Rosa Veterinary Clinic.
