The crew came out yesterday to install a new unit for us which was going to be a little different. Due to the situation Mr Pollock the owner came out with Mario to evaluate. Ultimate dedication to company and his men! They couldn't have been any better! Very careful and with exceptional skill and knowledge it all went smoothly! The guys were fabulous! Great company even the ladies in the office gave us a call the morning of the scheduled appointment. Extremely professional group of people. Thank you for the great job done!Service: Installation

We have used Pollocks for a number of services in the last 2 years from a major repair of the inside unit, routine maintenance, and most recently an upgrade to our duct system through the house. In every occasion, the technicians are always professional, courteous, on-time and provide high quality work. I have been a customer of Pollack's Heating and Cooling for 14 years and have been VERY pleased with them. Libby that answers, counsels, and sets the appointments is wonderful and will do all she can to work you into the schedule. And the techs are very courteous and professional and do an outstanding job. I recently had some work performed on my central unit and have a bit of follow up duct work to have done and am very pleased to know I am trusting the work to the able bodied and professional staff at Pollock's. I recommend them highly to everyone!
