This whole project was such a huge disappointment for us. Philip was hired to redo our shower. He is unprofessional, inexperienced, and unqualified. He ignored our calls and texts when he failed to show up multiple days and constantly had random girlfriends showing up, wanting to come into our house. We were extremely unhappy with his poor tile work and brought it to his attention. We had a conversation about what we expected, and he said he could get the project back on track and up to our standards. He was supposed to return to complete the project but decided not to show up, leaving us high and dry with an absolute mess in the bathroom. This ended up being a good thing because when we went to finish the work ourselves, we realized just how terrible his work was. The drain of the shower was too high (meaning no water would drain), the couple tiles he put on the wall were crooked and incorrectly applied, the floor tile was not sloped correctly and was wavy/bumpy. All of the tile he put in had to be ripped back out and redone. Literally not one thing he did was done correctly.
There was damage done to other things in our bathroom during the demo process that he did not bring to our attention, and we had to find (and now replace) on our own. He damaged our window sill, mirror, and cracked our toilet bowl.
We are out a lot of money and time after hiring this incompetent man. Please consider using literally anyone else for your project.

Mr Philip, was due to appear in court today, he failed to appear. I was awarded a judgment against you. I paid you over 5 thousand dollars, I expect you to men up and give back my money. All the work you did on porch had to be tore down. I for the life of me, don't understand how anyone can give you a good referral. I have many pictures of the mess you made for me. This was some of the best handyman work that I have ever used or seen. Keeping his phone # in my phone.Removed old glue from my aluminum porch roof and repaired all the seams.
