Our unit (not a Lunsford original) died right at Thanksgiving. Due to holidays and medical issues, we weren't able to call for service until January 7th. Zakyre was there to look at our unit before the promised time. He spent his time to check out everything. He was so friendly and took his time to educate us. Zakyre is an asset for Lunsford. From now on our first call will be to Lunsford...... especially if Zakyre will be our tech.
We purchased two mini splits from Lunsford months apart. Berry was the salesman and was very professional. The installers were on time courtesy and polite. The service technician today was on time extremely professional and respectful to my wife and me. I failed to get their names each time. I do apologize for that. Lunsford is high on my list and recommended to anyone.
Alex C and Adam O serviced my unit today. They were very professional, respectful and polite. They found an issue with my capacitor and did not pressure me into getting it fixed on the spot (like other companies have done in the past). I had them repair it though. I highly recommend them! Also, their maintenance plan is much cheaper than other companies, while still providing top-notch service. I'm sticking with Lunsford for her on out. Thanks guys, you were great!!!!
