Dr. Emily Fletcher at Santa Rosa Medical Center performed my double mastectomy following my breast cancer diagnosis, and I could not have asked for a better surgeon or care team. From the very first appointment, Dr. Fletcher was warm, compassionate, and incredibly supportive. She took the time to clearly explain my diagnosis, the surgical procedure, and all available options in a way that was easy to understand, never once making me feel rushed. Every question I had was answered thoughtfully and thoroughly. One detail that meant so much to me was her willingness to include my daughter by phone during appointments, since she lives far away. Knowing I had that support made a difficult experience feel far less overwhelming. Surgery day went flawlessly. The entire staff at Santa Rosa Medical Center was professional, kind, and attentive, and communication was outstanding. During the surgery, my daughter received hourly updates, which brought our family tremendous peace of mind. Dr. Fletcher is truly a bright light. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and takes great pride in her work. Her skill, compassion, and dedication are exceptional. I would recommend Dr. Fletcher and her entire team without hesitation—10/10.

I would avoid this urgent care center on woodbine and 5 points for anything besides a common cold!! More specific Tiffany Cook, APRN. I had originally gone to them in the end of October for an unpleasant boil, I was seen by Jessica Rife which was phenomenal and pleasant . Unfortunately I had a reaction to the antibiotics that I was given so I stopped taking them and went back two weeks later after being unsuccessful to get in with my primary care physician and my specialist to address the situation. Upon entering , I was told that “she wanted nothing to do with the situation”, she the stated to the front staff that I was told to follow up with my specialist . I explained I did not need her to address the boil directly but that I just needed a different antibiotic. She agreed to see me , during the appointment I explained to her the reaction and that it was 5 weeks until I was able to see my specialist. She told me that I could have just called and had them change the antibiotic. She prescribed me another and after a few days I started getting mouth ulcers and swelling on the roof don’t mouth. I stopped yesterday and tried to contact the office , but I was unsuccessful. This evening I decided to just stop in to have her change the antibiotic , I was told she would prescribe me a mouth wash for the ulcers but will not change the antibiotic. I explained to the front desk staff that I don’t need mouth wash because this is a reaction due to the antibiotic . She let me know that she would see me for the allergic reaction but still not change the antibiotic. It is completely unethical to deny a patient care due to incompetence of the medical professional pertaining to something she is uncomfortable with . It’s even more unethical to refuse to change an antibiotic causing an allergic reaction when the main concern is a staph infection having a patient wait three weeks to be seen by their specialist. This is negligence at it finest!

Wow!!! I recently had a very successful surgery performed by a phenomenal team at Santa Rosa Medical Center. The team was led by the remarkable Dr. Erwin Bennett who I can say with all conviction is without a doubt one of the absolute “BEST” surgeons in his field. His great demeanor, approach, transparency, friendliness, genuine character and awesome professionalism is fantastic to say the least. I am soooo glad to have him as one of my specialty doctors. And his great team consisting of Tonya, Becky, Sydney, Marvin and Stephanie are simply phenomenal people and awesome at their profession. Their individual characteristics and how they cared for me from start to finish gave me a sense of great joy that I was being cared for by them. Their attention to detail, HUMOR and cohesiveness between them all was amazing. I just can’t say enough about how relaxed and confident they made me feel about my surgery. They truly epitomize what a well integrated team of hospital professionals should be like. As I can go on and on about this experience, I hope each of them receives this review. Because I am absolutely grateful and happy that they were the team I was assigned to for this surgery. Thank you, thank you….and THANK YOU!

Everyone, and I do mean everyone was so sweet and nice. They treated me like a patient not like a cattle drive. Colonoscopies are difficult enough but Santa Rosa personnel are great!

My friend had to be seen here for a fall injury. the P.A. Dana was fantastic! She was very informative and listened to what we said and asked about. Gave clear information about her injury and what she should do or consider. In the past I haven't always had good experiences here but today was Definitely very good.

I can't say enough good things about this hospital and the staff. From the minute I arrived I was informed of everything going on, taking care of by people who really care and like what they do. The nurses on the third floor are the very best I have ever seen. Dr Foles, Dr Horowitz A+ also. Everyone took time to talk, explain, and care for all my needs. This hospital sets the bar for others to follow. If I ever need treatment again this is where I want to go.

Over six months I have been dealing with the administration of the hospital, I had a screening colonoscopy, and the doctor make the screening ,but administration change codes, to make pay $2000 for a service that supposedly being cover by insurance 100%. No pathology was done, no additional services were provided, they want to get money at any cost.
