Stay away - this guy is a scam artist. He'll draw as much money as he can, and then walk away from the job leaving a disaster behind. He does poor quality work that you'll have to pay more to fix later. We've had several carpenters come in to repair what he did - and they couldn't believe how bad his work was. He worked almost a year on our 3 month renovation, and then when he got to the part that required actual hard work, he just skipped town.
