I'm going to give you the negatives first. It's impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. Don't even try. Unless they call you, you're not getting anyone on the phone. I've called every day, multiple times a day, leaving multiple messages, and have never received a call back from any department. I did drive 45 minutes to schedule appointments in person. I would rate this a 5 start facility if their phone lines were properly staffed and calls were returned...ever.Now on to the positives. Patience is required since it's a Government funded practice, so the phone lines are very busy, but persistence pays as both, the dental exam I had last year at their Pensacola office, and the cleaning I just had at the Milton location's NEW office building, have both been exceptional, and as good as any in a private practice I have ever had. On this visit being reviewed, I found the Dental Hygienist, Allison, to be professional, affable, and having such a light touch during the cleaning that although I suffer tooth sensitivity, it was a really pain-free experience.I also appreciated the helpful and very pleasant front-desk staff, Neisha and Chakaila. I love that my son and I can both see the same Dentist. Dr. Newman is great! He has been super thorough with each appointment, very kind and friendly. The whole staff is great! My son had a great experience, they made him feel super comfortable, I was so worried hed be scared with him only being 2 and this being his first dental visit, but he still talks about how much he loved going to the dentist. Overall we just love the dental department of Community Health Northwest Florida. After going through multiple different dentists trying to find one that works well for me, I can say I have finally found it. Definitely recommend!
