Above and beyond! I thought they were coming in to fix the joists so this old house wouldn’t collapse. I had no idea about all the other things that would happen due to their work. The whole frame of the house was straightened. The doors don’t stick. The ceilings are straight. I thought our original hard wood floors were rotten because the felt so soft. Not anymore! They feel normal and don’t need to be replaced! Such beautiful floors! There’s so much more that I’m sure I’ll remember after I post this. I would recommend anyone with an old above grade home to contact Sweet Water Preservation to see if their house would benefit them even if you are not aware... read full review
