Patients appreciate that the clinic keeps them informed about any delays, and they make efforts to accommodate those who are running late. The staff is described as positive and courteous, providing great service to veterans and non-veterans alike. While the wait times can be a bit long, the overall experience is highly regarded, with one patient noting exceptional handling of a patient with mental health concerns.

Hello, I'd like to start off by saying that I have so far had a great experience with the VA. Mr. Glenn Newbin is, simply put, the best at what he does. He seems to really care about helping all veterans.
And I'd like to say, it was my pleasure getting to know you. Thank you for all that you do.
Simply put, it is not bragging when it's true.
