I recently moved into an older home and had some of the lighting updated. Impulse Electric came highly recommended from Stewart Lighting where I purchased my fixtures. The electricians were very meticulous, personable and professional and our new lighting came out beautifully! I will be calling them for all my electrical needs in the future.
Had several light fixtures replaced. The technician broke the globe on one light. He said he would give me a $40 credit and replace the globe. A month later they sent a bill for $40 now saying it was a temporary credit while I waited for the globe to be replaced (replacement occurring the same day), but was added back after the globe was replaced. This makes no sense. I asked to speak to a manager and am waiting for a reply. Followup from the company said they would not make me pay the $40, so I am editing the review accordingly. There was no issue with the service performed.Service: Light fixture installation
