I had a Great experience with First Coast{Middleburg}tow operator Randall J. He was prompt, very professional, knowledgeable, easy to talk with, good driving skills and helpful with my wife and I getting out of his truck. I was so satisfied with his work ethics that I requested him for a return transport!!

I needed a tow from Green cove springs Florida back to St Augustine and Travis our tow truck driver was excellent. He was very professional, very friendly, and made us feel at ease. We had my sister's Little Chihuahua with us and he welcomed us into the cab of the wrecker with open arms and made us feel safe. He went above and beyond to make sure we were okay and well taken care of and he got my car home safely and parked it in the yard. It was just a minor problem the transmission splash guard shield was almost tore off the car and Travis made sure to very gently put it in the yard until I could get it repaired. He is top notch and one really nice person.

Good day; my vehicle was towed on time. The driver was quick, quit and took care of loading the vehicle. I left the key where he could get it with great instructions to help him do his job guick with no hassle. These employees are awesome. Their jobs are hard and dangerous. So I personally appreciate the hardworking folks at First Coast Towing. Have a great day.
