this office has a major consistency problem. while they got me in quickly as a new patient, that’s about where the positives end.
every single visit felt like starting over. you’re constantly seeing a different doctor who doesn’t know your history, which is frustrating and inefficient when you’re dealing with an ongoing condition.
the reason i stopped going entirely was my experience with Dr. Pozo or Dr. Bozo. he made the decision to stop prescribing a medication i’ve been safely taking for nearly 20 years, despite my long history with it. there was no thoughtful transition plan, no real consideration of my background, and no urgency about the risks of stopping it. instead, i was told i needed to come in for additional in-person visits, which felt unnecessary and self-serving.
this was the first time any doctor has handled my care this way, and it was concerning enough for me to leave the practice. i would strongly recommend finding a provider where you can actually build a consistent relationship and receive informed, continuous care.

On hold for 20+ minutes to sch. appts., get disconnected or speak to a Person not Automated system. Can’t get meds refilled on time, correct meds, or information about an Interaction Between Meds. And so much more ! Not happy at all with this bunch !!! Don’t blame me you asked for a review…….

I was originally scheduled with Sarah Gomez at another location because my usual provider was out and I am so happy that happened! Once I saw Sarah I knew she was the one I’d continue to see for my care! I followed her to this location and have been treating with her for years now. She is so knowledgeable and kind, she truly cares about her patients. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a primary care provider.

They communicate, ask questions and listen very well. All is clean the bathrooms.The office girls up front are very nice and smart one. As The nurses, too. 😉😁
