Overall very satisfied with the service provided. Had 12 trees removed two stumps ground and a few trees trimmed. Big Branch was very considerate with our property. They confirmed where our septic tank was located, took care to use pads to protect the grass, and was careful not to disturb our neighbors cherished azaleas. Only one problem which I will contribute to miss communication. There was a smaller tree that I believed was part of the agreement. However as they were almost finished I noticed it had not been removed. After discussing with the foreman of the crew we agreed they would remove it also and only asked that we tip the crew. This company came into our area after Hurricane Helene to work in the area. We had 3 large trees they were able to remove from our house. They completed the job quickly and were so efficient and professional. They left the site clean and didn't leave any debris behind.

3rd time using Big Branch tree service . 10 large pines done in just a few hours .. Once again an awesome job. They are so fast and professional and leave things all cleaned up …. Updated 2nd time I have used Big Branch Tree Service, Once again they did a great job, fast too, the guys never stop moving, they cleaned up extra well, and were friendly. They did scuff a small pine tree not in removal plans ( while being extra careful not to drive on my drain field) and came right to me to apologize and offered to treat the tree wound or cut it down at no extra charge. I am sure I will use them again in the future.
