Came to get a second opinion, the doctor with dark black curly hair had the worst bed side manner I have ever seen in my life, and I work with drs everyday. She was in my room maybe 1 minute! Couldn’t ask how my day was or say feel better before we left. I don’t even know if she held eye contact. Just coming in and out speaking monotone like that makes it seem like you do not care, I will never go back to this location.

The office was efficient and the wait was not too long. The issue is I was prescribed an antibiotic at 9:00 a.m. and at 1:00 p.m. the antibiotic is still not called into the pharmacy I called the office and they said they sent it in but they will resend it. I called the pharmacy again and it still was not sent. I called the office and they said they were too busy to send it in Unacceptable

Went yesterday for a walking in small emergency. Front desk staff very cordial letting my know the checking procedure. The nurse assistant was very professional and positive about my condition. When the Practitioner came in was very professional taking care of my situation . A+ for them! Comment: ask been myself in the Health businesses profession was a little surprise the checking didn't include a bit about my health history, must of all about medication i am taking which is very important for interaction and other issues Definitely will recommend this location for the conditions they said will take care of.

I was seen over a month ago and was overbilled. I was feeling too unwell to discuss copay vs deductible and knew I would be refunded the additional $157 when my insurance paid the claim. I called last week as I STILL had not received my refund and insurance paid weeks before. I was told last week that they would need to mail a check as I paid with a debit card and it would go out this week. It's now Friday and I have no check and just had to leave a vm at the office. Additionally, I had to call to get my test results for my strep tests the week after I was seen because no one communicated with me when those came in, either. I would NOT recommend this office.

Everyone we came into contact with was friendly and professional. Issue was waiting 2+ hours with a young child after “making a booking”, completing the forms online & subsequently arriving 7 minutes ahead of booking. If a booking is not some sort of expectation of around when the individual will be seen, give or take 30-45 minutes, maybe they should instead show “estimated wait times” so an individual is more aware and can make the decision to either find an alternative or still choose to go.
