Jeff is the owner/operator. I bought an older home on well/septic and I’ve had to hire him to service and/or replace the aging equipment that came with the home. He’s done great work and given me a fair prices. Will continue to use him in the future.

I couldn't be happier with how nicely Ashley & Jeff treated me today: in an emergency situation of our well pump going out, they were kind enough to donate some of their valuable time by walking me through troubleshooting our pump, and even informed me what I could buy and wherefrom, since I expressed an interest in doing the repair myself, if possible. A quick trip to the local hardware store, and I am pleased to say we now have running water again---all because of their help, and they didn't even charge me for the information, as would be expected from most! I don't do reviews unless they are for stuff above and beyond. We had a simple water issue. They could have easily charged us for a service call but instead they gave me the knowledge I was lacking and I solved the problem quickly and for FREE!!! Very few business owners out there nowadays are this honest and helpful to their customers and forthcoming with their knowledge without a price. So when the day comes I have a problem that I can't fix. They will get my business and I would highly recommend them to anybody!!!! Thank y'all again for saving our day!!!
