I went in for an exam and lenses on my new frames. The first thing the woman tells me is Yanes is not responsible for the frame if it breaks while installing lenses. I waited a week and was called to pickup the glasses. I went on Saturday and they're closed. So I take off early from work and get them. When I get home I realize there's some type of adhesive on my new expensive frame, probably what's used to glue lenses into the frame. This is shit service and shit quality. Avoid this place.

As an independent volunteer quality qualification inspector, I tell you that the place is very nice and treats you very well. The person who serves you, Ariel, is very nice and friendly ? and serves you very quickly and the bathroom is very clean. I recommend it and it has a SITTING MRI. VERY COMFORTABLE plus it has a free taxi

Terrible service, especially the receptionist named Silvia, don't go unless you want to have a very bad time
