I was super nervous to get my nose pierced, but Alyson put me at ease. She showed a ton of jewelry choices, explained the entire process thoroughly, maintained hygienic conditions, allowed me to choose the music, and gave thorough aftercare instructions. The private suite and warm, friendly demeanor were added bonuses.
Amazing experience! I had to get piercings taken out for an MRI and not only was she willing to accommodate me on just a few hours notice, she even stayed open late so she could put new jewelry in for me. She was super sweet and caring, and gentle through the removal process which ended up being waaay more difficult than either of us expected since I still had my original piercing jewelry in. I would definitely go back, already looking into which piercings I want next!
