I have been coming here to this animal hospital frequently at least 1x a week for my dog to get regular treatments. Im always greeted at the door by Melissa all the time. When it comes to examination, Dr. Perales always comes in greeting us and examines my dog and does a wellness check. She had a variety of situations that Dr. Perales had taken care of from maintaining her arthritis to handling a double ear infection that occurred in the groomers. The faculty in this facility have taken my dog's health and quality of life very seriously.
Jose and the Dr Cristian Perales are wonderful with our Spanish Galgo , they took the time to explain the best approach for her in regards to her condition , they welcome us and very attentive to her needs and care , we have try multiple Dr and we feel he and the whole time of Animal West Hospital are the best
Today I was greeted by Iliana at the front desk and she helped me get the meds refills for my furry babies with the same caring and professionalism they always do. Thanks Iliana and happy Thanksgiving to Dr. postales and his team 🙏
