Manager Antonio Serrano went above & beyond for me! He was ultra professional & delivered exceptional service! I have been a customer for 10+ years and never have I ever received this type of service. He made sure everything was perfect! This man should be training other managers how to run a store!! Verizon Corp should take notice!

Today was my first time needing to pay in person. Although we thought it would be such an inconvenience, it actually turned out to be such a pleasant experience! Alen and Antonio, were so nice and patient with us. They greeted us with a smile and attended us quickly. I would definitely recommend coming to this store for all your services!
Natalie is amazing. She took care of me and my mother's phone upgrade in a short amount of time. Made sure to have all of our info properly transfered to new device and got us set up w new charging cables and phone protecting covers.
