I wanted to highlight an amazing interaction I had the other day. I had an issue with my pickup order and accidentally cancelled, but Ysa and Isa A helped me a lot since they didnt have the rest of the items at the moment, they were kind enough to send them to my house, thank you!

Ulta Salon services saved the day - On Friday morning, they gave us an appointment for a formal hairstyle appointment at 5 pm that afternoon. We had a stylist but it was AITANA who was heaven sent and the most amazing help as she patiently translated, assisted and advocated for my daughter who had a specific vision and Aitana made sure it was realized. She really was the reason my daughter didn't leave disappointed.
