I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding care I received during my recent visit to the UHealth facility in downtown Miami for an MRI on my left foot.
Two young ladies assisted me during my appointment, and I want to personally recognize them for their exceptional professionalism, kindness, and compassion. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel comfortable and cared for during what was a very serious and emotional time for me.

I would highly recommend to get the earliest slot for your imaging. My experience was positive one. The staff was friendly and my appointment was attended to quickly. I came in at 6:45 am (my mri was at 7 am) and was back in my car at 8:05 am.
Front desk staff is great. Waited almost 2 hours. Make sure you have no other plans when making an appointment here. They have annoying piercing policies that no other facility I have been to has had me endure. Waste of time waiting so long.
