I've been in this building for a year, there's been no pool for a year,
The sauna was opened in October 2022, but there is one sauna that never reaches temperature, therefore only a wet steam one works,
Yacuzzi are also not enabled,
But neither is there an outdoor space where you can sit down to share a lunch or dinner in the open air,
The terrace where the kitchen is also closed, there is no outdoor space to cook food and share,
If your idea is to meet new people this building is not the option,

I've lived here for over a year now, and it's a great place to live. It's close to all the great restaurants and bars in Midtown, the Design District, and Wynwood but also just out of the party areas so it's far more quiet. With the dog parks nearby, it's ideal for a pet owner. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful and provides a secure feeling to the building. I'd highly recommend living here.
