To be clear, I am rating the TECHNICIAN and not so much the company itself because despite the company's ongoing short-comings, Abel Sanabria (as well as Dante and other technicians I have met with) have always gone above & beyond to help treat the longstanding termite issue in our home. Abel by far is an excellent person and top tier technician often times completing the difficult task of spraying our 17' ceilings on his own. The company continuously messes up appointment scheduling and does not provide the technicians with the appropriate tools to treat the homes HOWEVER Abel makes it work, ALWAYS.
