I have a 2024 Lexus IS350 that I purchased brand new last year from Lexus of West Kendall. The car came with a slight tilt in steering wheel and the alignment has always been off. Same day service and did exactly what i wanted to the precise degree. Let me know about some issues i had with a leaky strut that can be warrantied, and i will continue to use them for alignments before my track days. Customer service was genuine and friendly.
