I interviewed a total of 3 pool companies that were local and with great reviews. We decided to go with Wilson and his team at Oasis Pools and we're thankful we did. His communication and work ethic truly shows from start to finish. What stands out the most is not just Wilson, it's his entire team. They all showed up on time, CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES, and were very detailed in all that they did. They seem like great people and then I find out that it's a family owned business with some employees that are not his family members working with him for over 15+ years. We recently had our pool renovated by Tropical Oasis Pool & Spa, including resurfacing, new coping, and tile, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From the beginning, Wilson, the owner, took the time to explain every step of the process and made sure we understood what to expect. The team was friendly, efficient, and extremely meticulous, and they clearly knew exactly what we wanted. The quality of the work and attention to detail really stood out. The pool is beautiful and exceeded our expectations. I would absolutely refer Tropical Oasis Pool & Spa to anyone considering a pool renovation.
Tropical Oasis Pool & Spa has done our pool maintenance for years now and has always done an excellent job. When we wanted to redo the tile and inside of our pool, we reached out to Wilson. He was knowledgeable, patient and guided us through every step of the process. His team worked quickly and carefully, and we could not be happier with the final result.
