When you start having backups in your home and realize that your pipes are nearing 50 years old and are made of cast iron you have only two choices: 1. Dig up your floors and replace the pipes OR 2. Line your old pipes with a liquid PVC sleeve. After doing lots of research we decided to sleeve the old pipes so we could avoid disrupting our lives and stay in our home while the work was done. Our research also involved talking with several companies that could do the work. We opted to go with John Walters and Trenchless Sewer. John was recommended to us by a neighbor who had recently completed a whole house sleeving of their cast iron pipes. We met with John and knew that he was our guy. Now that our job is finished I can truly say we made the right decision. John and his team did a completely professional job from start to finish. Not only did his people know what they were doing, they were extremely courteous and cleaned up after themselves at the end of every day. John will tell you before he starts that no one is perfect and that sometimesa problem will occur. But he stands behind his work and comes out quickly if there is an issue. The guys who worked on our house, Jerry, Roger and Devon (John's son) all get A+ for the way they did their job.
