10/10. Since I'm in another city, I had to find a place to get laser hair removal, and I definitely couldn't have found a better place. They use the best machine on the market (Candela pro max), the staff is super attentive and professional (Melisa, Valentina), and the space is modern and have a pleasant atmosphere!
absolutely INCREDIBLE service. valentina went above and BEYOND to make sure i was going to get the best results possible. she really went out of her way to put me in different positions to make sure the venus machine would work on the areas i was treating as best as possible, you could tell she really cared about the patient and wasn’t just trying to las the time quick. i know i received quality care i will definitely be returning!
I had a super positive experience tonight at Touch Laser Medical Spa. The Design District location is beautiful, clean, and convenient, and every single staff member was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
Having struggled with skin issues for years, trying Accutane and every kind of topical for acne+scarring, I truly appreciated their expertise and approach. We took the before photos (which were hard to look at), but I'm genuinely excited about the treatment we started today and seeing the afters at my follow up next week and beyond.
