The staff were professional and reassuring throughout the entire process, making the experience comfortable and worry-free.The atmosphere of the lounge is relaxing and welcoming, and I was made to feel at home from the moment I entered. Came in with a horrible mullet and I was so sad and she knew exactly what I wanted I wanted my bob to have movement and and also feel healthy and haven't felt my hair that way since middle school since it's so hard to find someone to cut my hair but she is amazing I am so happy I found her and she is so sweet and she is also fast but I love watching her do her work Because I can see how much she loves what she does and I feel like that's when you get the best result the price is great for what you get and it feels like your family when you come to salon I'm so happy I found her and I'm keeping her lo
