I enjoyed my first visit very much. The facility was clean and we always had towels. Their tea is pretty good too.We started our time here with a 50 min massage. I had Denny and he was pretty good. My bf had Ursula and he surprisingly liked the massage. He hates being touched. That says a lot about the therapist.
Conrad, it was nice knowing you. This was my go to hotel in Miami, but it was recently sold and rebranded to a name I've never heard before. Aca? Aka? Some outreach or marketing from the hotel would be helpful.
Well I just left Conrad after a 2 day stay. The building is excellent in terms of views, 25th FL restaurant, amenities in general. Excellent gym with new Italian machines. But by far I must extend a high commendation to Conrad's staff, especially to Daniella, Gisella and Melike (25th FL). All were amazing, problem solvers maintaining a high level of courtesy and professionalism. I hope this message is read by upper management of Conrad - these 3 employees elevate the overall image of Conrad. Thank you to all staff! Fernando & Arturo.
