I enjoyed my first visit very much. The facility was clean and we always had towels. Their tea is pretty good too.We started our time here with a 50 min massage. I had Denny and he was pretty good. My bf had Ursula and he surprisingly liked the massage. He hates being touched. That says a lot about the therapist.

Conrad, it was nice knowing you. This was my go to hotel in Miami, but it was recently sold and rebranded to a name I've never heard before. Aca? Aka? Some outreach or marketing from the hotel would be helpful.

While the hotel was wonderful - we had a horrible experience with the valet at the front of the hotel we had tickets to park which were paid for beforehand and I had lost them we told the parking attendant (Cesar Alas) who had seen us the day before and let him know we lost the tickets and asked if he could please replace them he said no that we had to pay we waited 20 minutes (because the charging machine was broken) at the front after this and when we let him know we were agitated because we had lunch plans we let him know "we're running late" and the parking attendant responded "well we have time" we continued to wait another 10 minutes until another parking attendant came and offered us water will we wait - the first valet man continues to give us attitude and finally we ask if we can just pay via Cashapp - he lets us pay but it goes to his personal account - overall an unenjoyable experience we did not valet again because he was just so rude and inconsiderate the way he said "well we had time" and made us wait over 30 mins -
