New update it’s now February 11, 2026 and I came back with two pairs of shoes at Jimmy Choo and a Tom Ford. He and Sam and the team did an amazing job 20 out of 2100 out of 100.
I brought five pairs of my shoes here for sole protection, and the work was done perfectly and right on time. My shoes were ready in just six days. I had an excellent experience and will definitely be coming back again.
I would especially like to highlight the amazing staff. Sam, the manager, is incredibly caring and attentive. The customer service here is truly exceptional, they genuinely care about their clients. He even helped me carry the bag with my shoes all the way to my car, which I really appreciated.

20 out of 10 first time experience. Was fortunate to have Guy help me out with resizing five Saint Laurent belts…free of charge🤯, something I would’ve appreciated at the Saint Laurent store in Design District after already paying $$$$ for them. It blows my mind the inconsistency of after-sales service from brand to brand, store to store. What a disappointment & inconvenience to send your customers to someone else. But I’m glad because I’m now going to The Cobblers for all of my repair & alteration needs.
